1. Anzac stands for Australia New Zealand army corps.

2. The Anzacs were all volunteers.

3. 25 of April was officially named Anzac Day in 1916.

4. The first dawn service on Anzac Day was in 1923.

5. The Gallipoli peninsula is near the famous city Clow.

6. A soldier named Alec Campbell was the last surviving Anzac, he died on 16, May 2002.

7. Anzac Day is celebrated on the 25 of April.

8. The term Anzac is protected under the Australian law.

9. More than 11,000 Anzacs died at Gallipoli.

10. Men that didn't go to war were called cowards
